About me
I'm a certified pediatric sleep consultant based in Toronto, and a mom of one with another on the way. I came to this work the way most sleep consultants do: through my own sleepless nights.
When my daughter was little, we dealt with all of it: the countless night wakings, the short naps, the overtired baby who just couldn't settle. I was exhausted in a way I didn't know was possible.
When I found sleep training, everything changed. My baby started sleeping, and I started feeling like myself again. It honestly saved my mental health. And it taught me the thing I now tell every parent I work with: being a good mom means getting enough sleep.
I trained through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting (IPSP), learning the science of infant and child sleep, and how to turn it into practical, personalized plans that real families can actually follow.
Before this, I spent 10 years in marketing, and my degree is in Women's Studies from Western. An unusual background for a sleep consultant, but it shapes how I work. Women's Studies is why I treat a mother's sleep as a health issue, not a luxury, and why I push back on the idea that good mothers run on empty. Marketing taught me to research properly and cut through noise, which is exactly what I do now for parents facing a wall of contradictory advice.
My approach is simple: customized plans and one-on-one support, at a pace that feels right for everyone. No judgment about how you’ve got to where you currently are with sleep. We start with your baby, your family, and your values, and build from there.
