FAQs
What makes your approach different?
1
I'm a mom myself. I've lived the 2 a.m. wake-ups, so nothing you tell me will shock me. Practically, it means no rigid programs: I'm trained in methods ranging from gentle to intermediate, and we build your plan around your baby's temperament and your comfort level.
What does the two weeks of support actually look like?
2
Daily check-ins. You share how the night and naps went, and I adjust the plan in real time. Sleep training rarely moves in a straight line, and the support exists so a rough night two doesn't become a reason to quit on night three.
My partner and I disagree about sleep training. Can you still help?
3
Yes, and it's more common than you'd think. We talk through both of your concerns and choose a method you can both stand behind. A plan only works if both parents can follow it at 2 a.m.
We tried sleep training before and it didn't work. Is there any point trying again?
4
Almost always, yes. Most failed attempts come down to a method that didn't fit the baby, an inconsistent schedule underneath it, or stopping on night three. We look at what happened last time and build a different plan, not the same one louder.
